Tracking your progress and goals

All 3xF memberships include access to Beyond the Whiteboard (BTWB), workout tracking software that can be easily accessed from your smartphone. BTWB allows you to see workouts posted for the week, as well as record all the details of those workouts (weights, reps, times, etc.). You can use BTWB as little or as extensively as you want to help you track and achieve your goals. The App will even calculate what weights and reps you can expect to achieve at your fitness level.
Just as it applies to your nutrition, the more you know about your exercise habits, the faster you will see improvements.
