Ryan Baker
Coach and Associate
Ryan grew up in Lafayette, Indiana where he received a degree in Chemistry from Purdue University in 2000. Since then, Ryan has been an Air Force Officer, sheriff’s deputy, and HR manager. As a Personnel Officer in the United States Air Force, he was responsible for the weight and fitness testing and compliance of a 500 person squadron. As a sheriff’s deputy, he was selected as a self-defense instructor for the department, and as an HR professional, Ryan created motivational and educational opportunities focused on healthy lifestyles for employees. Ryan first started CrossFit in 2009 and is a Level II Certificate holder. He is an American College of Sports Medicine


Dani Almarode
Coach and Associate
Dani graduated from Stuarts Draft High School in 2002. In 2006, she graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Kinesiology and went on to earn her Master’s of Arts in Teaching Degree in 2007 – both from James Madison University. Dani spent eight years in the classroom as an Elementary Physical Education teacher in Rockingham County and then Waynesboro Public Schools. During her tenure as a teacher, she accumulated eight years of varsity soccer coaching experience at Waynesboro High School. She assumed the role of head coach during the last three years of her coaching career, her teams winning the district title two of those years and both years, was recognized as the Valley District Coach of the Year. Annie Shreckhise
Coach
Annie grew up in Augusta County and graduated from Fort Defiance High School in 2011 where she played soccer, basketball, and ran cross country. In 2015, she graduated as Valedictorian from Roanoke College with a major in Biology and minor in Psychology. She pursued further education in Physical Therapy and graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in May of 2018 from Murphy Deming College of Health Sciences. Annie currently works at Synergy Rehab and Wellness in Verona, VA. She first became interested in CrossFit as a high school student when she began doing workouts with her older brother, Joby, in their parent’s garage. She started consistently training in May of 2015. Annie obtained her Level 1 Certificate in 2017 and began coaching at Crossfit 3xF. Annie enjoys endurance training and participating in local competitions.

Chelsey Campbell
Coach
Chelsey grew up in Augusta County and attended Fort Defiance High School where she ran track. She graduated from Mary Baldwin College with a degree in social work. Chelsey stumbled upon Crossfit in 2015 after many years of weightlifting. She became frustrated with the monotony of a typical gym routine and decided to try something new. Her love for the sport pushed her to complete the Instructor Training Program at 3xF and obtain her Level 1 Certificate months later. She enjoys heavy lifting and participating in local CrossFit competitions.
