Our 3XF Fishersville schedule is built to work around busy lives — early mornings, evenings, and midday options so you never have to train on someone else’s timeline. Whether you’re getting started with Functional Fitness, leveling up in Functional Bodybuilding, or combining both in our Build & Burn classes, there’s a time slot that works for you.
We also offer a youth-focused session on Sundays with separate classes for 3XF Teens and 3XF Kids — designed to help young athletes move better, build confidence, and have fun.
